css justify content issue

This cosmetic little issue is the least of your worries ! Sorry to say, your HTML code is a mess. First thing you need to do is paste the entire wad into the W3C Online HTML Validator and fix all the errors one by one. You'll need multiple iterations, the first error here is already so disastrous that the validator stops there and then. Let's see what problems remain after you cleared everything up.

The funny thing is that when I run your code, bad as it is, in Chrome it displays these list items just fine:

yeah thanks for the tip but if you read the title of my post you'll see my issue is with css not html I copied that code from a tutorial and the problem only appeared after I changed a few thing on my css code ..... the cosmetic issue is what bothers me ..... anyways thanks

My idea would be, rather than start from scratch, to a) roll back your CSS changes to see which of them did the damage, and b) to delouse the html even if it's not yours. But it's your call.

well I did solve the problem but I did what most programmers would call "dirty code" because instead of editing the whole div I had to change each <li> individually which is not smart but at least it solved the cosmetic issue that I had ......
