Currently, my site has well over 100 pages. Instead of having to update the links for every page on the site, I use virtual includes to import the links from a separate HTML page to that menu I am using.

Currently, I use server side and that is an .html page. I could change that to something else if needed. Using a pre-made css menu just isn't playing nicely with my current page.
