Updated code is on my website, on a test page. It seems to be working correctly except that I can't get the header section/divs to be centered. You can see it here:

Maybe it's easier to see what I am trying to do in this comment. This sort of works on the W3schools website tester, but I need these to be centered on the top of my page - but that is something I cannot make occur here.
