HTML & CSS Best way to master html and css

Hi, I'm relatively new in this. Been watching tutorials at youtube, and reading a high school book about html5 and css3. Been doing it for a month now, for around 3-4 hours a day. I would guess 70% watching, 30% coding. But feel kinda stuck.

I have been recommended w3schools, and been working at it today. What else resources is good? My goal is first to be good in html5 and css3, then start with javascript.
