JavaScript Copy and paste of 8 Inputfields

Hello,
so far I have only programmed in HTML / PHP / SQL / CSS.
However, I now have a thing in front of me, where I probably need Javascript.

For a weekly schedule (MO - FR - German) with different employees I have per day 8 input fields MOa - MOh plus the userID (e.g. MOa3 - MOh3). Now would like to realize function that allows to copy the entered data from the input fields of MO for the user 3 (i.e. MOa3 - MOh3) and paste it into the fields DOa10 - DOh10.

Can someone give me a hint how to realize this?

Try something like this:
JavaScript:
// Get value of input field 1
let input1 = document.querySelector("#input-field-1").value;

// Change value of input field 2 to value of input field 1
document.querySelector("#input-field-2").value = input1;

Using the click event listener should do:
JavaScript:
// Add the click event listener to a button
document.querySelector("#button").addEventListener(() => {
  // Get value of input field 1
  let input1 = document.querySelector("#input-field-1").value;

  // Change value of input field 2 to value of input field 1
  document.querySelector("#input-field-2").value = input1;
});

8 input fields MOa - MOh plus the userID (e.g. MOa3 - MOh3)
It's still not clear for what attribute these MO's stand for - id, name, data-smth? Do not hesitate to show markup of the page to let the others help you the right way. Would you like to copy these values automatically on the page load / or manually after doing something / or should this happen when you enter data into the source elements?
