HTML & CSS Header image over top bar

Dear all, can you please help me with a CSS additional code to get the header image over the TOP Bar?

Here is the screenshot: https://nuorobro.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Cattura.png (visible on the live website as well if you’d like to check)

As you can see, I already added a code to have the top bar height changed because it was too narrow, but I would like the big header mountains image to fill the background of the top bar (instead of gray).
If I set the top bar background to transparent, it’s a light blue.

And also, if I may ask something else, on my mobile, the little picture I added in the top bar is not visible – the top bar is just an empty gray line – any ideas on how to fix that as well?

I have found another solution and just added a widget area in the navigation bar, and it's just what I wanted.
This topic can be closed, if no one wants to leave a solution anyway, maybe for someone else interested.
