Hello, guys. I am just started to learn coding to make an app what I want to make. However, I totally don't know what program languages that I actually need. The first app that I want to make is smartphone detox application which is make people can't use certain apps during certain time or during the hour they set. I know I have to use Android Studio.

to make iphone apps i would take a look at objective-c or swift, and for android.. java

Hello @Codeneoubie, Welcome to Code Forum!

It's great to see you already want to get your toes wet! So from my understanding, Swift is your best language to develop apps for the iPhone. But, then again I'm not an iPhone App developer. I'd recommend looking into objective-c and swift just like @gothictrade has suggested.
