JavaScript Help - What is wrong with this code

I used this code from a YouTube Tutorial and I get an error saying: SyntaxError : missing after case label 5: at line 6

Code is below and any advice would be much appreciated.

var f = this.getField("City");
switch(event.value){

case "Pakistan"
f.setItems(["Karachi", "Islamabad", "Lahore"]);
break;

case "United States"
f.setItems(["New York", "California", "Nevada"]);
break;

case "United Kingdom"
f.setItems(["Manchester", "Liverpool", "London"]);
break;

case "United Arab Emirates"
f.setItems(["Dubai", "Abu Dhabi", "Sharjah"]);
break;

case "Canada"
f.setItems(["Toronto", "Vancouver", "Montreal"]);

What you pasted here does not close - Missing bracket -> }
Or did you copy and just missed it????

1. You didn't close switch statement with curly bracket.
2. You didn't add colon after each case.
