Basics

What To Do After The Basics
When you got all of the basics figured out i would recommend making your own goals like make a small game etc, then if you have no idea how to complete the goal you should go and research. A good place to research how to do stuff is. https://developer.roblox.com/ and if you get stuck good places are https://devforum.roblox.com/ and obviously the Code Forum.
I would also recommend scripting for at least one hour a day and do a variety of different things.
If you want to find out how to do a certain thing like datastores etc, then youtube is the best for that, but make sure to go over the code you learn a couple of times to make sure you have learned it and not just copied it.
