SignUp Now!Hi there, how to write a code for a stepper motor to go in a circle using an ardurino uno
im asking how to code it. i have to use a stepper motor and an ardurino uno to make the stepper motor go in a circle once and im not sure how to code it or where the wires goHi there,
Are you asking how to code it, or did you get stuck on something while coding? If you did get stuck while coding, can you please post a snippet of the code where you got stuck on so that we may be able to better help you understand and get you unstuck?
Unfortunately, we will not tell you how to do things from step 0 all the way through step Final. However, doing a primitive google searchim asking how to code it. i have to use a stepper motor and an ardurino uno to make the stepper motor go in a circle once and im not sure how to code it or where the wires go
If you're not even sure where the wires go, reading the documentation would be a logical first step.....im not sure how to code it or where the wires go
hi, i've connected everything but my code isn't working so im not sure if the code is wrong. I attached a screenshot of my circuit and codeUnfortunately, we will not tell you how to do things from step 0 all the way through step Final. However, doing a primitive google search

I managed to come across these:
Arduino - Stepper Motor
Arduino - Stepper Motor - A Stepper Motor or a step motor is a brushless, synchronous motor, which divides a full rotation into a number of steps. Unlike a brushless DC motor, which rotates continuously when a fixed DC voltage is applied to it, a step motor rotates in discrete step angles.www.tutorialspoint.comStepper Motors and Arduino - The Ultimate Guide
In this tutorial we will learn everything we need to know about controlling stepper motors with Arduino and the A4988, DRV8825 and TMC2208.howtomechatronics.com
Hope this helps 🙂
this is how the circuit looks, i might have attatched the wrong screenshotI haven't got the foggiest idea how any of this works, so I could not comment on the code. But are you sure the wiring is all correct ? I'm asking because of that thingy at the bottom, which has only ONE wire connected to it. I could be wrong but that seems unusual to me.
