HTML & CSS Need help CSS style is not applied

Hello guys, I'm new into this and it would be nice if you could help me please.
So the CSS style is not being applied.

HTML:

simong1993 is most probably right. But for confirmation and education, start your browser's debugger and verify if the mentioned sheet is applied. See image.

Yep, exactly! The pathway to the CSS stylesheet needs to be exact, especially the file type (e.g. style.css filename . file type).
