Haven't posted in a while so, here is a simple tkinter clock

Python:
import tkinter as tk
from time import strftime

class Window:
    def __init__(self, parent):
        self.parent = parent
        self.label = tk.Label(parent, text='', bg='black', fg='red')
        self.label['highlightbackground'] = 'lightgray'
        self.label['highlightcolor'] = 'lightgray'
        self.label['highlightthickness'] = 3
        self.label.pack(expand=True, fill='both', padx=5, pady=3)
        self.update()

    def update(self):
        clock = strftime('%H:%M:%S')
        self.label['text'] = clock
        self.label['font'] = (None, 36, 'normal')
        self.parent.after(1000, self.update)

if __name__ == '__main__':
    root = tk.Tk()
    root.geometry('+200+200')
    root.title('Tkinter Clock')
    Window(root)
    root.mainloop()
