Python Viral emission rate! PhD student help

Hi there I’m a PhD student with zero code experience and my uni has just thrown me
In without much help! :(

I need help writing an infection model
Individual is emitting x amount of virus particles
In an x sized room
I want the emissions of virus reach a steady state/well mixed
I want there to be a biological decay rate
As well as removal due to ventilation
I want to hope to also be able to model size distributions of particles released from an individual

then from all that I need to be like at any point in time I can take a sample and I’ll be able to see the concentration of the virus.
Please help! PhD student :(
