I go by Tyrsson, and have for nearly 20 yrs online. From B'ham Al. Got my start in code on the Simple Machines Forum team as support lead, customizer and dev. For the last 15 yrs I have contributed to various OSS software and led teams for various companies and freelanced. I'm mostly active these days in the laminas/mezzio ecosystem but still consult for Simple Machines.

Oh, just always like to network with other programmers. I’m mostly in OSS space these days and looking to see what everybody in the php space is looking for in regards to tech stack and tooling.

Plus, I don’t mind helping jr devs get their heads around some of the more advanced topics. Helps keep me sharp.
