Web app development (product information)

Hi,

I'm totally new into coding/programming etc. I have a project I would like to create for my self.

I have a data base of product information (product name, category, sourcing country etc.) pretty easy going.

This I would like to transform into a nice platform were my sales team can access the all products by using QR codes places on each product. (all products therefore needs unique URLs)

As I'm totally new into this area I need some advise on how to start for this? Which coding language should be used for such a case? any specific database I should consider (I would like it to be very scalable)
