What kind of database does your site use?

Whether it's MariaDB, mySQL or whatever it is. What kind of database does your website use? MariaDB seems to be a really popular one recently. I can't remember if my site uses MariaDB or not but which one does your site use?

I've always used straight MySQL for any projects I've tinkered with. And I've always been pleased with the stability and ease of use.

We use MariaDB on a lot of our client servers over at Wubur, but also MySQL as well.
We haven't used many other options, but I definitely want to try my hand at some others soon

My website is static, but I used RethinkDB for a lot of projects.
It works really well if your data can be represented efficiently in JSON, and if you want or need realtime updates.

Maybe someone has a CLIPPER/HARBOUR/dBase background
Now with mod harbour you can use DBF-files.
