I think there could be a big opportunity for Windows to create a system for user efficiency.
Most software uses tips/suggestions to users who don't otherwise read the manual. I think this is useful but just as Windows has automated many tasks for the operating system like disk cleanup, security and other scheduled tasks, they could have a scheduled task to create reports on detailed user actions. This would have similar programming to auto hotkey where every mouse click and keyboard action is compiled into a report that could then be processed to the user with common efficiency solutions.
I know there's a lot of potential for increasing my efficiency with shortcuts or repetitive tasks that I take the long way. Over months and years this adds up and it would be an easy way for the operating system to produce directly relevant efficiency solutions to the users.
