If I wrote something that does not make any sence in the title, I want to apologize, I do not know much about coding and stuff like that, even though I have been dealing with this for years, and sorry for my bad english.
 
There is no language that can code everything. The languages you use to make a web app will be completely different from those you use to make a mobile app, for instance. What is it you want to code? Do you want to make mobile apps, websites, Windows applications, video games or something else?
