World Programmers Map (concept)

Here's a map I created outlining some of the strongest countries for programming.
The idea is that like political alliances, these countries can both work together and compete with a more authoritative organization.
An example could be these countries can bring in other countries to work together.
Another example could be that rather than releasing a source code to the public, the source code could be made available to these groups which in turn could create their own branch of the software. Like the Russian branch version of Overwatch. This would allow more secretive source code or code that required more responsibility to gather the same benefits of open source but at a more structured build.

The countries are:
USA, UK, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Israel, China, Japan and Russia

Other countries could then apply to form a group or join a group under the established countries.

Personally I just like things like WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT) and things like that. I do not find that necessary but a like good thought. That map does not seem to exactly match those countries. What is with those colors? I do find it to be like there is already an alliance with that before mentioned treaty. What are you proposing this for?

I think it was just publishing an idea of a visualization for what countries and their population focus on programming efforts. It was a list that was compiled by bing chat A.I. and thought it was interesting.
