    Weird cursor goings-on?

    I noticed when I was on a blank part of a page, I saw the default cursor while I saw a custom one while over page content.

    Weird cursor goings-on?

    I don't see anything looking awry, but the cursor declaration should be on the html, body so it shows all the time.

    How to add an svg cursor?

    @Edrol97 The following code works for me in Brave, Chrome, Safari and Firefox: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> html, body{...

    How to add an svg cursor?

    As I recall, you would use it as an image file: .baz { cursor: url("hyper.svg"), auto; } You can use comma-separated urls to have a fallback image if svg is not supported. A standard cursor keyword is required as last fallback. See: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/cursor

    Scaling issue

    So you want the text to get bigger as the image gets smaller? By "drag the window higher" I am assuming you are making the viewport shorter and the image is scaling down in size. Having the text get bigger in this situation is the opposite of what devs do with responsive type. I suppose you can...

    Scaling issue

    You're losing me on the big image. If you want a tall, skinny image that scales but you don't want any distortion or anything getting cut off then I assume the image IS tall and skinny and CAN get wider as it gets taller, correct? For the scaling text, you could use fluid typography that uses...

    CSS Making element same width as height

    This may be a bit closer: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> .parent { /* width: 150px; */ height: auto...

    CSS Making element same width as height

    Your image is broken, soo not sure if that is the issue, however with one slight change: .image img { aspect-ratio: 1; background-color: red; height: 100%; min-width: 10px; object-fit: cover; width: 100%; } I was able to get...

    CSS Making element same width as height

    Does this get you closer? <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> .parent { width: 150px; height: auto...

    Adding a nav issues

    @Edrol97 Try adding flex-direction: column; to body styles. Is that what you are after? The photos you posted didn't include the nav, so not sure where you want it to be.

    Adding a nav issues

    @Edrol97 A bit tough without a page to inspect, but a quick look makes me think it's because you have display: flex; on the body and by default, flex-direction is row.

    Both spinning (rotating) and moving an image from side to side

    @Edrol97 <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> div{ width: 100px; height: 100px; background-color: red...

    Want to add a slide gallery into a page in html- currently using i-frame because of standard img size in added slide gallery

    I made these changes to the styles in the codepen: .container { min-height: 100vh; } div.mySlides { display: flex; align-items: center; height: 85vh; /* can change to a calc 100vh minus .caption-container height plus .row height */ } Is that close to what you are after?

    Absolutely positioned div with 2 child divs collapses in Safari only

    Can you be more specific as far as what elements aren't working? Class names? Code snippets? I'm having trouble tracking down the issue in Safari.

    Drawing a table in a rough line style in css

    Vertically, you need to make sure you are row spanning the correct amount. You would also need to make sure there is no padding/margin in the way and that the images themselves have no white space in them where you want them to touch.

    HTML & CSS Need help with fixing the responsive errors in website

    @Paga It appears you've made progress! Nice! I do see the owl carousel script loaded on the contact page, for example, when looking in devtools. I don't know how that works, nor do I use Bootstrap, but it would be better not to load it on pages that don't need it, IMO.
