    Please select the language when you post code (In that case, HTML). When I try them, the result is the same. To achieve what you tell us in your first example, you would have to use JS or something like PHP...

    Solved No "Edit" Button?

    Yeah, there is an edit button, but it is disabled 5 minutes after the post has been posted. The goal of that is to help avoid people editing their post and replace them with something like "Nevermind" once it gets solved. @Malcolm ?

    If you define a:link, then previously defined a:hover will be ignored for unvisited links. If you define a:visited, then previously defined a:hoverwill be ignored for visited links. If you define a:link AFTER, then it will be used by both visited and unvisited links.

    Python How can I read a text file, see how many lines it has and read a specific line.

    # Open the file file = open("file.txt") # Read lines into a list of strings lines = file.readlines() # The number of lines len(lines) # Accessing the second line lines[1]

    The styles you posted means: The visited links have the color orange and unvisited links have the color green when hovered. Use 'link' (unvisited links) and 'visited' (visited links) to define the style for both visited and unvisited links. As said ealier by Hassapiko, use the BBCode feature...

    HTML & CSS Background problemn

    I did not ask to help you, so... In your example, a:hover will only apply to visited links. To apply it to unvisited links, use a:link:hover. Basically, if you use the pseudo class :link, then you have to define the styles for when the links has been visited and for when they have not been...

    HTML & CSS Background problemn

    Look at the following styles: a{ color: blue; } a:hover{ color: red; } a:visited{ color: orange; } If a link gets visited. Then, the property a:hover will not apply to it anymore. You then have to define a:visited:hover if you want to change its color when hovered. However, if you...

    HTML & CSS Background problemn

    a:link is used to define the style of an unvisited link. a:visited is used to define the style of a visited link. Basically, the last style defined wins: p{ color: red; } p{ color: grey; } The text will be grey. I do not get what he means though, since 'hover' and 'link' do not seem to...

    You will have to be more specific, he wrote a bunch of things. What you want to do should not be hard. Here the link will be red, and blue when hovered: a{ color: red; } a:hover{ color: blue; }

    Help with something

    I do not see any way you could bypass those requirements. The accounts you are talking about may have been created before those requirements have been added. Even if you find a way to bypass those requirements on the webpage (Which is not really hard) and send the username anyway, it will be...

    Help with something

    Hello Frags, I do not understand? You mean that you want to use special characters for your account name? If this is an online game, I doubt changing the files of your game would do anything as the servers will check the name on their side. Which characters are not allowed? If they are...
