Is it possible, if you create somekind of mutation observer that causes pause once something is changed. Then by checking call stack you can find what causes them? Or am i talking about something different here lol- EkBass

Also, you use paragraph inside of link. <div class="column"><a href="Home.html"><p>Phone Home</p></a></div> Your code does not reveal the style of paragraph, but often it has values similar what we see in your attachment. There is no any need to use paragraph inside link in your case...- EkBass

BTW. I dont know which platform you are using or may it change in time. I would check does the dir path consist the name of folders you dont want to include instead of checking for excact match. This ofcourse requires that your directories are named so that they cant cause human mistakes... -

BTW. Not 100% sure about Windows, but with Linux the directory names as case-sensitive. I do think that Windows is not so picky though -
