z-index issue on chrome mobile
Running into an issue where I have a div using a negative z-index for a fixed background image. On Chrome mobile, even though the z-index is negative, its overlapping the footer only on Chrome mobile browser. Any idea how to fix it? https://vargostaging.wpengine.co- greencrest
