HTML & CSS Want to Modify the Pure HTML/CSS Collapsible Panel on Codepen

I want to add a pure HTML/CSS collapsible panel to my site and I found it on codepen but there are few changes that I need to do and for that I need someone to help me out.

This is the collapsible panel that I want to modify: https://codepen.io/markcaron/pen/RVvmaz

Here are the things that I want to do:

1. I want to move the arrow icon to the right.
2. I want to close the all accordion panels when another one is opened. But here after opening the other one, the previous one doesn't close, it remains open.
3. I want to add 1,2... number and right border to the title as well as the top border to the content when opened. Here is the example: https://codepen.io/alvarotrigo/pen/XWVrPaM

Leave all other things that i have mentioned just help me out with 2nd point. I want to close the all accordion panels when another one is opened. But here after opening the other one, the previous one doesn't close, it remains open.
