Hello! How are you?

I'm having a huge difficulty and would be very grateful if anyone could help me.

I have a list of words in plain text .txt format, and I would like to create an HTML page that would perform the following function: through a search box, the user would type a certain sequence of letters, and the page would show the words in which this sequence is at the end.

For example: if the user typed "ay", the page would show words like "bay", "pay", etc. contained in the .txt list.

Does anyone know, kindly, how I could do this?

I was trying to follow this tutorial: https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_filter_lists.asp, but it didn't work searching only in the ends of the words.

It will work that way, if only you replace .indexOf(filter) by .lastIndexOf(filter) 😎
