I cant see my website in localhost because of the config-file, what do I change

Select the file in your Windows Explorer, click right mouse button, Properties, Security, Edit.

I don´t want to deny, everything is accept but now I get HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

So you get a different error now ? Have you checked the IIS access log for more information ?
