Great question, I’m not all too familiar with Wordpress, but I believe there is someone here who is.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with everything else but I can help you with the one I've Quoted.

So, to get rid of that Watermark, you'll unfortunately have to pay for a Paid-Plan of Wordpress. The cheapest Plan you can get is the Personal-Plan and even that removes the Watermark.
