Hello Everybody!

I started to learn coding over a month ago when I was told that I had to shield, due to the virus.

I've wanted to learn for some time but never really got down to it, until I realised that I'd have to shield for over a month, and what better way than to learn very useful skills.

I'm a complete beginner and so far am getting my head around html and CSS (I've tried a tiny bit if Javascript here and there-but won't really touch until my html and CSS knowledge is better)

I've decided to join codeforum, as I think it's important to be part of a group where you can learn through others.

I've been using W3Schools Online and Free Code Camp, as well as some Head First (I like head first for at least they know how to explain HTML or CSS in ways different to the Youtubers, who explain lessons, or issues etc in a carbon copy manner of each other 🤬) but also looking up information online.

I do look forward to interacting and learning some more😎

Welcome Silver-Chimes.

Yeah, good idea, I think it is better to be comfortable with html/css before jumping into JS.

By the way, JS is a coding language, but html/css are not 'coding' languages (Does not mean they are not great to know though).
