HTML & CSS Help with html and css slideshow not showing correctly

Hey guys, so I'm a beginner at coding, doing it for a college project. I'm just wondering why my slideshow isn't showing correctly, when the webpage first opens it shows just the arrow without the images for the slideshow and then when you click it the slideshow starts. The names of each image also show at the end of the screen which is annoying. My question is what part of the code could be causing this, the html, css or java script page. Thanks! I'd love to share the code but I don't know how to attach an image on this.

Sadly, nobody can help you if you don't show your code. We can only guess. Try copying and pasting your code files on a paste site like this one, then save them and send them here. :thumbsup:

EDIT: Or, just send the code snippets in question using the BBCode feature.

Welcome to Code Forum! I can understand that you are having issues with your slideshow not showing correctly when the webpage first opens. I can certainly recognize how important this is to you as it's for your college project. We'd be happy to help you!

But first, as @JamzDev had mentioned, providing your code would help us find you a resolution that would work the best. I would suggest editing your original thread and paste the code within the </> BBCode feature.
