How to change color of a border-color and text color on hover

It's because of this rule: .highlight { background-color: #D4AF37; } You can remove the class from this image and that will solve the problem. Or remove that CSS rule, if you aren't using it anywhere else. (browser dev-tools are your friend! :) )

How to change color of a border-color and text color on hover

@Ultimate I should have mentioned that you won't need the img.highlight:hover style anymore after adding the above

    responsive menu

Here's a decent start. For MOBILE: .site-header .header-inner: remove width and max-width #menu-kracmenu: remove margin-top and margin-left. Change width to 100%. Also, I would not use hover for the dropdowns. I would use click. Better for mobile as well as better accessibility. I'd also not...

    Multiple Modals on One Page

You are correct, as long as the additional HTML modal elements have the necessary 'data-modal' attributes and the classes needed by the script.

    Multiple Modals on One Page

Here is an example of 3 modals on a page: https://tomliv.com/codeforum/modal/ A couple other notes: Please note the HTML changes. You should strive to use the most appropriate HTML element in each situation. For example, wrapping your "button" image in an actual button HTML element (style...

    Multiple Modals on One Page

Couple things might work here. You could have the content dynamic based on which button is clicked. I won't get into how as I have no idea what you are building or with what. I'm sure JS could be used. Off the top of my head, I'd say the issue is that the 3 modals are referenced via IDs and all...

    svg expand hover

@Edrol97 What I mean is I can't find a way to do what you are trying to do so I am suggesting you could make the text an image and swap it on hover with an image of the text with the underline you want. Make sure to add alt text to the image and scale it for responsive. Otherwise I'd suggest...

HTML & CSS Variable div height

    You can also use css variables in your HTML and just change the values in your HTML like this: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> body{...

HTML & CSS Variable div height

    How's this? <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <title>Document</title> <style> body{ margin: 0; padding: 0; height: 100vh...

Coding for check boxes that print checked off

@avar430 The code I mention is a CSS selector targeting the checked state of the checkboxes, in your print styles that you would create, to achieve what you are after.

    svg expand hover

@Edrol97 Upon further poking around, I am not able to find anything that would work - especially on text that wraps. Maybe the whole link is an image?

    Site Header For Mobile

Unfortunately, this isn't really enough to get a whole picture of what's going wrong. What do you mean by "title"? The 2 CSS snippets you show are of 2 different things.

why Responsive Media Queries don't work

On the page itself, there are styles inside the body: You would need to find where these are coming from.

    svg expand hover

@Edrol97 I'd suggest you make your link display: inline-block and try border-image. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/border-image

@richarddunnebsc What browser were you using? I just added flex on containing div in that codepen and it still worked.

HTML & CSS Horizontal scrollbar below table

Add bottom padding inside the container or bottom margin to the table. You can also try scrollbar-gutter: stable; but I am not sure if it will work in your situation with tables. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/scrollbar-gutter

    Sticky columns

Are you using px units for the borders? Did you try rems or ems? Like .2em? Seems like it's just having trouble scaling px or isn't scaling them at all.
