    Well, link to their facebook seems broken and last twitter post was like years ago. I did find this though Fast People Search My bet is, that it is a scam. I hope you did not pay for that. Most likely you cant get riddof your problem until site is taken down due unpaid bills.

    Looks like a place from where i would stay far. Their form is in google forms. Try to login in google and then test the form. Then they seems to have a Facebook and Twitter accounts. Try to pm via facebook or send pm via twitter.
