    HTML HTML Help

This link should help you add the progress bar itself to your script using the <progress> tag. https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_progress.asp Keep in mind you will have to use JavaScript as well to make the progress bar interactive. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten that far in JavaScript...

    How did you find CodeForum.ORG?

While I understand that Codeforum.org is a site for sharing, conversing, and working together for a common goal (understanding and using code) why don't we amplify off of that and create our own online courses, sponsored through CF, and taught by CF. Do a full break down on HTML, CSS...

HTML & CSS Dual float property in single div

Problem solved for href issue. User error on my part. I had the clickable text after the closing <a> tag instead of before it. Still need help with the first problem though...

HTML & CSS Dual float property in single div

So on top of the problem stated above. My href property doesn't appear to be having the desired effect in my nav block. I have no problems with this same layout in any other pages I've created. Just this one. Is it because I colored the link and added a text-shadow? Here's my code: <nav>...

HTML & CSS Dual float property in single div

I am attempting to put an image in a div that includes multiple paragraphs, that being said, I have the div set to "p class='floatLeft'" and an id tag for the image with CSS properties that float right. How did you find CodeForum.ORG?

I think starting small to find those who are interested would be a great idea! As the projects start to get more involvement, we can move on to bigger projects! Because of this site (and YouTube) I have become addicted to writing code. I'm pretty sure my wife is upset with me at the moment...

    Editor of Choice

What is your text editor of choice? What do you use? Why? How do you have it set up? I have used Notepad, Sublime Text 3, and Visual Studio Code. So far, VSC has been my favorite! Easy on the eye themes, split screens, text/link prediction, etc. I use the High Contrast theme setting because I...

    How did you find CodeForum.ORG?

Now that I have read again, I feel that an entire site involved project may be a bit overwhelming. Maybe instead of that we break it down into classes (groups) HTML/CSS/JavaScipt have a project to work on Game Dev has a project Etc. Each group has a project to work on together and bounce ideas...

    How did you find CodeForum.ORG?

We could do a group project? Come up with an idea as a group (web page, app, game, etc) that would be easy enough for beginners (such as myself) to participate in. Example: Make a Video game for smart phones, let the more advanced people take care of that. Come up with "advertisement" for it...

My First Project- Skyrim Game Manual (Player Edition)

Alright, so I got the table fixed, but how do I fix the other page? In the "Select Your Race" box, the image should be aligned within the lines of the box and the list should be underneath the paragraph. I've tried adjusting the margin on the image and the border, I've tried adding divs and...

I just started learning how to code with HTML and CSS, sooooo.... How did you find CodeForum.ORG?

I found Code Forum on Google! I started working with HTML and CSS about 2 maybe 3 weeks ago and I am absolutely loving it!
