403 Forbidden

I'm having a problem with wamp, and been trying to fix it for two days. the solutions online have been working for other people but not for me. wamp/Myphpadmin worked fine last week but not now. What I'm doing is making a website, a social network for practice so I have been coding a couple of php files. But when I'm trying to open them in the browser I get the 403 forbidden error and a message "You don't have permission to access this resource". Things I've tried is changing a couple of things in httpd.config file, httpd-vhost.config and making a new rule in windows firewall for a port. Appreciate the help if anyone know what the problem is

Hi there @DreamRage

I have a few questions for you off the bat.
  • Is this error occurring for your PHPMyAdmin or a page that you created?
  • Where did you create these php files?
  • Do you know the file permissions?
  • Have you restarted your WAMP server?
It may seem like basic questions, but would help us get closer to a solution for you.
