add non-existing symbols to a phone keyboard

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to add non-existing/created symbols to a phone keybord and use it for talk on apps like Discord, Notes or all the applications where you can write.
It's possible ? Or it exist ?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Could you share a little more details? Perhaps some examples etc
