The angle between the hour and minute hands on a clock face is always between 0 and 180 (inclusive). For example, at twelve o'clock the angle between the two needles is 0, at six o'clock the angle is 180, and at three o'clock it is 90. The problem to be solved is to calculate the angle at any time between 12:00 and 11:59.
