Best way to send html

[mjc2812]

Hello there, I have a friend who is an Amazon seller. He wants me to write some html code for the sales description of his Amazon sales page. What’s the best way to send it to him to ensure it isn’t corrupted? Can I paste it into the body of an email? Can I send it in a Word document as an attachment? Many thanks.

Hi there,
You can just save the HTML document in a .html format and attach that to the email.

HTML is just text, so you could paste it into the body of an email, but it would be more ideal to attach an html file.

Thank you, that's very helpful.

Might be worth while to zip that html file just in case their email system blocks certain attachment file formats.

Would it work if I wrote in Notepad and sent it as a text file?

It would, but they will have to rename the file to .html
