Of course there is. But you'll have to be a lot more specific. JS in a browser cannot call C, but Node.js can.

Both the language you mentioned does not have a direct connection, as they both are built in different environments.
You can try out JSON format where you can follow mentioned steps,

- make use of C libraries to create/parse JSON objects
- understand that JSON.parse() and JSON.stringify() can handle conversion
- you can share these JSON objects in a text file which can be accessed by both.
