HTML & CSS Color is way off on different browsers/phone/computer/etc.

Hello all,

I am creating some simple projects and for the background colors of my projects, I'm using a hex code. But the colors are way different not on my computer browsers, but when I open them in different browsers on my phone. A soft beige turns to dark brown and on another, the white turns to black (And the text looks more pinkish than soft brown). What could be going on when I open them on my phone?

For reference, I've been coding them in VSCode and using github/gitpages to upload them as these are just practice assignments.

Different screens - different computers all display colors differently. More so when we compare to phones. The windows tablet is likely using an LCD display. A Samsung Galaxy device has an amoled display. Nothing you can do about it.
