HTML & CSS Complete page duplicates

Hi,
While seo checking I got this warning - Complete page duplicates. The pages are almost duplicates because page are all image page. The html and css code are same accept the title but the images are not same. The seo is advising me to use link canonical. Should I use canonical?
Why seo is only targeted to texts while my site is totaly based on images and there are almost no text or paragraphs.
