Do YouTube videos work in dev mode html?

Dev mode shouldn't matter, unless it's an offline environment. Can you post some more of the error?

. It plays as it is but it is age restricted- 18+ only because of it using swear words even though it's just a graphic. Meanwhile, this is what it shows in the dev mode when I click on the video. Do you know a fix
for this?
