Have gone with TSOHost on advice of my tutor- anyone with any experience?

Hi all, I have gone with TSOHost as a platform, but finding tricky to navigate. I've purchased a plan with it but then have this issue. I get to the Wordpress page which allows me to create or migrate a site, or set up later. When I click on any of them it takes me to a blank page with the title ironically, your site is optimized for speed. Has anyone used TSOHost before and know what I do at this stage?
