CSS hello guys my code works fine every time but when i type margin or hover or some elements it does not load on chrome i do not know why someone help

I'm not sure why that's happening, but have you tried checking the console? It gives some good info on where the error is.
Try checking the console and copy-pasting the error here.

I just did a few margins and a couple of hovers and things loaded just fine in chrome. Every time.
