How to add an svg cursor?

Hi,

I think my SVG Code is as follows in xml but haven't changed the url so am wondering if I need to change this to my specific file path. How would I add this to create a custom pointer across my site?

As I recall, you would use it as an image file:

  cursor: url("hyper.svg"), auto;
}

You can use comma-separated urls to have a fallback image if svg is not supported. A standard cursor keyword is required as last fallback.

OK, this is working on Safari for me, but on Chromium based web browsers it seems to have issues with this method. Do you know why this might be? It's also not working on Firefox.
