<hr/> placement at top- recreation of Reuters style page

Hi,

So, I have a page I made last night found here. Mostly it's working well and as it should but I want the horizontal rule attached to the top of the nav bar and for that to be stuck to the top of the page. The navbar appears to be sticky which is right but I want the hr to be sticky too. How would I do this?

This still doesn't solve the issue. It's not stuck to the top of the page but slightly underneath. Can you help?

You'll need to adjust your <hr> styles.

Try this:

.navigationbarreuters hr{
    border: none;
    border-top: 3px solid #000;
    margin: 0 0 1em 0;
}
