Learning R Programming Language

I've been taking notes all day on this programming language that appears to be assembly language, but the websites are shitty on it. Here's where I've gotten my notes from. I'll scan my pointers in on the highlights of these articles in minute. But I need to know how to start programming in R. I'm going to attempt to programming a first an R to Unit Hex enabler, and then continue with the R and hex programming for a set based permission system I'm programming directly in unit hex.
