I'm interested in hiring a developer to take the lead in building a text-based game played primarily through a browser.
I have an idea for how I'd like the game to look and play, it involves minimal graphics and I have a few example games I can send any interested party so they can get a feel of what kind of game I'm aiming at.
I've attempted to start the project myself but realised I'm somewhat out of my depth and it's likely any code I produced would need to be fully checked and modified by a developer anyhow, so while I'll continue on my own codebase as a side project, I'm really interested in getting a developer to build my vision with me guiding them. I'm of course willing to pay for your time, whilst I don't have the budget of a game studio I'm certainly willing to discuss a reasonable fee. I also may be interested in offering a profit share for when the game is completed and goes live as I manage, promote and grow the game. (I already have a playerbase of 250+ players waiting for the game to launch)
