Sticky columns

Does anyone know a solution for borders in sticky columns @125% scale? I have a table in a div that has 16 columns, 15+ rows, including a header row. The first 4 rows are positioned sticky. The problem is at 125% scale, borders are not behaving consistently. With border collapse set to collapse and border set to either 0 or none, in the sticky columns. there are gaps between some adjacent rows, through which horizontal borders in non-sticky columns can be seen when scrolling sideways. This does not happen at 100% scale. The screenshot below is with no borders. There are borders between some adjacent rows, but not all. Sticky columns only.

This screenshot, first notice a vertical gap between columns 1 and 2 (grey), but no gap between columns 2 and 3. The horizontal gap between rows allows the borders in columns 4 and 5 to be seen behind columns 2 and 3 when scrolling sideways. This is with 125% scale. Border 0

Has anyone seen this problem before? Or a solution?
