PHP Time function for reservation system

Hi Guys I wanted to create a reservation system in php for my bowling alley website. I wish my system was following current time and for example if it would be 14:00 i can't choose any earlier time for my book. I don't know how to do it... Is it possible to match appropriate function with tags from html, cause i've put some times there like 12:00/12:30 etc. ? Any ideas?
