JavaScript Time to Interactive - How to improve

Hi, I have been playing around with plugins to improve my site and on the desktop i have managed to get good results.

However no matter what i seem to try. I cant get this down on the mobile version?

I have been reading and believe its do with JavaScript and defering or delaying the JS files.

However the plugins i try to do this with dont actually seem to make it any better. Am i missing something or any suggestions?

Generally mobile browsers are as fast as desktop browsers. However, if there is not clear layout just for mobile browsers it may get slow. I mean sloooow.

As last time, showing some code or linking the site would help.
