How can I read a text file, see how many lines it has and read a specific line. And print the line out.
So pretend this is the text file...
Code:
[email protected] #<<Email
Trip Hello #<<Subject
Hello John! #<<Body [Start]
How was your trip?
Regards,
Bob # <<Body [End]
[email protected]

Hey Bob!
Thanks for asking it was great!
Regards,
John
I want to know how much lines the txt file has, and I want to read line 1. "[email protected] and read the body and the subject."

Solution
Python:
# Open the file
file = open("file.txt")

# Read lines into a list of strings
lines = file.readlines()

# The number of lines
len(lines)

# Accessing the second line
lines[1]
Python:
# Open the file
file = open("file.txt")

# Read lines into a list of strings
lines = file.readlines()

# The number of lines
len(lines)

# Accessing the second line
lines[1]
